Completion Requirements
Complete your first deposit and meet the required trading volume during the promotion period. (For the avoidance of doubt, new clients must meet both the deposit and trading volume requirements to be considered as having fulfilled the promotion criteria.)
Claiming Rewards
If you qualify for the rewards, a draw link will be sent to your registered email within 20 business days after the event ends.

When will I receive the bonus?
If you meet the minimum initial deposit and trading volume requirements on our platform during the event period and confirm your participation on this event page, we will evaluate your eligibility along with that of all participants once the event concludes and send the reward to your registered email.
What is the event reward?
Eligible customers are guaranteed a reward, provided as either:
- A bonus credited to your registered trading account, or A physical gift sent to the address you provided during registration.
- The bonus can be withdrawn or used for trading on MT4, MT5, or cTrader. No other forms of the reward will be issued.
Am I eligible for additional rewards if I make a larger deposit?
Each eligible new customer may qualify for only one draw. The prize pool is determined by the initial deposit and trading activity.
Can I participate in the Christmas event if I am already taking part in another event?
New customers may participate in only one promotion at a time. If you register for multiple events, you will only be eligible to receive one event reward, which will be prioritized based on the first event you completed.
