Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the exclusive bonus promotion. Clients are advised to carefully read and fully understand all the applicable Terms and Conditions pertaining to their profile and account.

1. Introduction
   1. This Exclusive Bonus Agreement is binding between the Client and IC Markets Global (hereinafter referred to as 'IC Markets Global' or the 'Company' or 'Us/We').
2. Qualifying Applicant

   Anyone who satisfies all of the following criteria shall be deemed a “Qualified Applicant”

   1. Clients in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Laos. (Clients under FSA entity only).
   2. Client’s first deposit date must be between the period of December 1st, 2023 and January 31st, 2024.
   3. Minimum Deposit to qualify for the $25 bonus is $200.
   4. Clients must finish the corresponding trading lots for the selected tier before February 7th, 2024.
3. Qualifying deposits
   1. The deposit amount of new clients is calculated according to the total net deposit amount (net deposit=deposit-withdrawal) between December 1st, 2023 and January 31st, 2024; the amount deposited by rebate transfer, internal transfers (from another trade accounts / IC profile) will not qualify as deposits towards this promotion. 
4. Qualifying Trades
   1. Qualifying trades are defined as trades with an opening time of 5 minutes or longer, with no limit on the amount of a single trade, and hedging trades are not counted as effective trades.
   2. Only trading on Forex and metal CFDs are defined as qualified trades, trading on the other products do not count as valid orders.
5. Bonus Crediting
   1. Eligible applicants for the 'Exclusive Bonus' will receive the credited bonus in their registered trade account within two weeks following the closure of trades.
   2. Clients who registered between the period of December 1st, 2023 and January 31st, 2024 for “Exclusive Bonus” will be credited no later than February 15th, 2024.
   3. Our Company will only review the deposit amount and trades of the trading accounts filled on the registration form and our company will not be responsible for the failure to receive the bonus due to the wrong filling of the trading account by the clients.
   4. If the trading volume and deposit amount fail to match, the amount of bonus you will receive will be determined by the lowest grade you meet the conditions (for example: Client A has accumulated a net deposit of $2000 and completed 1 qualifying lot, then Client A only gets a $25 bonus).
   5. All amounts mentioned in this promotion are in USD. Currency conversion (determined by IC Markets Global) will be applied to all non-USD based accounts.
   6. Each client (based on the identity ID, the same identity ID is regarded as the same user) can get 1 chance to receive the bonus.
   7. The bonus for this promotion is up to $150.
   8. Clients are eligible to participate in only one tier of the promotion based on the tier they select in the application form. Participation in multiple tiers of the promotion is not allowed. Once a tier is selected and a bonus is granted, clients cannot switch to another tier or claim benefits from another tier of the promotion.
   9. Your bonus can be used for trading or withdrawn.

6. We have the right to take the following measures against participants who violate the promotion rules or we have reason to believe that they have engaged in deceitful or dishonest behavior, including those who do not have genuine trading intentions:

   (i) Suspend the client’s participation in this promotion;

   (ii) Cancel the client’s eligibility for rewards.

7. Other Provisions
   1. Clients intending to participate in the Exclusive Bonus Campaign are strictly prohibited from entering into any other ongoing promotions offered by IC Markets Global.
   2. Participants are bound by these terms and conditions and IC Markets Global's business terms and conditions applicable to their account (including any schedules, appendices, attachments, revisions, and/or supplemental agreements).
   3. If there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this agreement and IC Markets Global's business terms and conditions shall prevail.
   4. IC Markets Global reserves the right to modify or adjust the promotion rules based on the actual situation of the promotion within the limits permitted by law and regulations.
   5. IC Markets Global reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion.
